The order of fields in the list determines the priority in which they are evaluated. Fields higher in the list take precedence.
Email Modifications
- Remove read receipts: Strips read-receipt request headers (e.g.,
Disposition-Notification-To) from incoming emails before delivery. - Remove sensitivity tags: Strips sensitivity headers (e.g.,
Sensitivity: Private) from incoming emails before delivery. - Remove string from start of addresses: Specify a prefix string to strip from the beginning of recipient email addresses. Useful for cleaning up addresses modified by the mail provider.
Recipient Address Handling
- Silently drop addresses: Define recipient addresses that should be silently discarded without generating a non-delivery report or notification.
- Auto-replace domains: Automatically replace the domain portion of recipient addresses. Useful when the external domain differs from the internal Exchange domain.
Network Configuration
- Local network card for external connections: Select which network interface POPcon uses for outbound connections to remote POP3/IMAP servers.
- Local network card for internal connections: Select which network interface POPcon uses for connections to the local Exchange Server.
