Archiving

Enable Archiving

Activates email archiving. When enabled, POPcon saves a copy of every downloaded email to the configured archive location before delivering it to Exchange.

Archive Organization

Select how archived emails are organized into folders:

• All in one folder: All archived emails are stored in a single directory regardless of date or account.
• Per day: Archived emails are organized into subdirectories by date (e.g., 2026-04-12).
• Per month: Archived emails are organized into subdirectories by month (e.g., 2026-04).
• Per account: Archived emails are organized into subdirectories named after the source POP3/IMAP account.

Archive Root Folder

Specify the file system path where archived emails are stored. Ensure the POPcon service account has write permissions to this location.

Exclude [SPAM] Tagged Emails

When enabled, emails whose subject line has been tagged with [SPAM] by the antispam module are excluded from the archive. This reduces archive storage consumption by omitting unwanted messages.
